Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at d2clogix@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at d2clogix@gmail.com.
